Located in the fashionable 6th arrondissement, our flat offers stunning location by the Seine River, minutes from Notre-Dame Cathedral. Featuring 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and air conditioning, it blends classic Parisian charm with modern comfort. Steps away from the Louvre Museum and Saint-Germain-des-Prés, it's the perfect base for exploring the city's cultural treasures and culinary delights. Luggage storage services available under 10min walk. The property is located on the first floor, with large French windows overlooking a courtyard. It is one floor up from street-level, with a few steps. ** Living Room ** Cosy living room area with seating for 6 people, coffee table and reading lights. It has its own AirCon unit for your comfort. ** Dining Area ** Connected to the living room, the dining area offers comfortable seating as well as a fully equipped kitchen. We have a dishwasher, fridge & small freezer, washing & drying machine and a multi-function oven, shall you wish to try French cooking. There is continuous aeration for improved air quality. ** Bedroom 1 ** At the right of the kitchen, you will discover the larger bedroom, featuring a queen size bed, a desk area, and a space for suitcases & bags. Note that this room only has a roof window (cannot be opened). It also has an opening to the living room, with electric blinds (black remote). Bedside table features USB and USB-C plugs. The room has its own AirCon unit (white remote). The room also features its own en-suite shower room (no WC). Bedroom & shower are fully aerated. The system runs continuously at low speed (improving air quality) and increases in power when detecting humidity (low level white noise). ** Bedroom 2 ** Similar to the other one, with its en-suite shower room. Only difference is that it has a standard double bed and no roof window. ** WC ** The toilets are separate and next to the entrance for added comfort. Note that the window immediately outside is 1-way glass, for increased privacy. ** Luggage Storage ** • Nannybag: Located at 6 Rue des Bernardins, 75005 Paris, approximately a 7-minute walk away. Rates start at €4.50 per bag per day. • LuggageHero: Situated near Notre-Dame – Saint Michel, about a 10-minute walk from your location. Prices begin at €1.35 per hour or €5.99 per day. • Bounce: Available at various locations within a 10-minute walk, offering storage at approximately €4.00 per bag per day. Please note that this space is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PMR). Due to the presence of stairs. Wir haben uns bei Adrien sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt in Paris. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und wir konnten alle Attraktionen zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt viele kleine Bars und Bistros unmittelbar in den Nachbarstraßen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

良かった点 素晴らしい立地 有名な観光地にも徒歩で行くことができ、とても便利でした。 パリの古き良き趣きのあるアパルトマンに住むような気分を味わえました。 シャワー・トイレなどの水回り 水圧のある熱いお湯が出て、時間制限を気にする必要もなく、快適に利用できました。 ホストとのコミュニケーション 洗剤の有無について問い合わせた際、すぐに返信をいただけました。 改善してほしい点 他の利用者も通る中庭に面した大きな窓のうち1つにレースカーテンしかなく、室内の照明をつけると、外から室内が見える状態でした。リビングで過ごす際のプライバシーが確保されず、他の旅行者や工事業者が中庭に立ち入るたびに気を遣いました。遮光カーテンなどの設置を検討していただきたいです。 また、冷蔵庫に前の利用者の食べかけのスイカが残っていました。キッチンの水切りカゴも汚れており、使用する前に自分たちで掃除する必要がありました。 掲載写真との大きな相違はありませんでしたが、実際には想像していたよりも室内が狭く、暗く感じました。 さらに、チェックインの約1週間前に工事があることを知らされました。旅行直前だったため、宿泊先を変更するには時間がありませんでした。過去のレビューを改めて確認すると、工事は数ヶ月前から始まっていたようなので、現在も継続している工事であれば、予約前に分かるようリスティング上に明記していただきたかったです。 これらはチェックイン後にホストへ相談しても滞在中に改善することが難しい内容だったため、今後宿泊される方の参考になればと思い、記載しました。

We had a lovely stay at this Paris apartment. The location is truly fantastic, just steps away from great food, shopping, and major attractions like Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower. Adrien was wonderful to work with and was responsive. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the essentials. As with many European apartments, the layout is compact, so it felt a bit tight for our family of four, but we expected that. One thing to note for fellow travelers from the U.S. is that “2.5 baths” here means two showers and one toilet.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Adrien’s apartment. It was clean and the A/C worked great. I appreciate the clean towels that were provided as well as a washer/dryer that came in handy. I was considering a place in Marais but so glad I decided on Adrien’s place- the location was perfect- it was walking distance to so many places. Adrien was quick to respond to any questions I had. There is a shower and sink in each of the bedrooms which was nice and one toilet to share. Thank you and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again next time we’re in Paris.

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for a family of 4. 2 bedrooms each with their in suite shower and sink. There’s 1 shared toilet in the common area. Kitchen and living room were comfortable and had all the accommodations we needed. AC was necessary and much appreciated! The home is nicely located between St. Germaine and the Latin Quarter on the left bank. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We also walked to the Orsay, Notre Dame, Shakespeare bookstore and a croissant making class. Closest metro was about a 5 min walking. Great location for uber pickup and drop off. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive. We would recommend this stay to our friends and would return ourselves!
