First time in Paris will definitely like a return visit and would use this lovely location again for sure

The apartment is in a wonderful location near Notre Dame. Nice to have two bedrooms with shower and sink in each. Only one small toilet closet for entire apartment. Beds are very comfortable. Beware If scaffolding and paint work is still being done as workers start early (8am) even on Saturday and is noisy and smoke gets in the apartment from workers.

We were told there would be no disturbance, but that was not our experience. Each morning starting around 8:00, we woke to construction noise, including banging, yelling, and dirt and debris. Workers were also smoking nearby. We had been told about scaffolding one week before our arrival, but not the extent of the active construction or how much it would affect our stay. The disruption took away from our time in Paris. I recommend asking the host specific questions in writing about any current construction and expected noise before booking.

Great stay. Excellent communication. Location is fantastic. The building is under renovation and there are no exterior windows except out to the courtyard which was a full blown construction zone (wires everywhere, dusty, people working) so no real windows outside. But we weren't there much so didnt impact the trip.

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. The noise started at 8am, men yelling, banging and electric saws going. The fumes and dust from the construction was unbearable walking to and from the unit. There was no privacy, as the curtains could not completely close. There were men right outside the window all day. The wifi troubles, we had to request coffee and toilet paper! 4 coffee pods and 1/2 a roll of toilet paper is not ok for a 5 night stay. The water machine was beeping too. This place isn't worth 1/2 of what we paid. Host told us about "construction in courtyard" but did not accurately describe the "loud equipment noise, men gawking, fumes, dust" We would have cancelled and rebooked somewhere else. Finding out about the extent of the construction upon arrival meant we could not get another place. We tried. The inconvenience of the wifi, coffee, toilet paper and noise from construction and water machine should warrant a full refund in my mind, but the host declined even 1/2 refunded.

Adrien was very pleasant and took care of an issue very quickly. My only critique would be the construction was not highlighted in the listing and I felt by the listing pictures there would be a terrace or at least a view of the river. The only windows face the vestibule of the building. The building was in a wonderful location. Walking distance to Notre Dame, the metro and many wonderful restaurants . It was fine for us because we only showered and slept there.

This apartment was fantastic. I did not like the notification 5 days before our trip that there would be scaffolding working on the facade. It was not the facade, but rather the courtyard. But the location and the apartment was great. Just walking through plaster work was not pleasant. I would rent here again for sure.
