Living area with sofa and seating for 4. Ground floor. One bedroom is compact, and only the main one has natural light. Both have fans and USB A-C plugs for comfort. Locker outside unit fits 2-3 cabin bags—for early drop-off or late departure We have a similar sister flat, sharing the same entrance - ideal for bigger groups While the sister flat shares a lobby, both units are fully private, with keypad access. Bed size: 160cm in the large room (queen) and 140cm in the small. Ceiling height: approx. 2.3m in the whole flat. Access: there are 3 steps to access to the bedrooms area.

  Vi var 3 venner, der havde lejet Adriens lejlighed til en forlænget weekend. Lejligheden ligger meget centralt, og med nem adgang til metro. Det var en nogle meget varme dage i Paris mens vi var der (35°-40°), og klimaet i lejligheden havde vi svært ved at gøre udholdeligt - også selvom der var små mobile ventilatorer. Værterne var hurtige til at svare, fleksible og hjælpsomme ift. andre udfordringer vi havde under opholdet. Jeg vil helt sikkert anbefale Adriens lejlighed i måneder, hvor vejret er mildere.

  L’emplacement est vraiment top, l’appartement est assez spacieux, parfaitement conforme aux photos et la cuisine est bien équipée. Nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis à l’aise. Nous avons séjourné pendant une importante vague de chaleur, ce qui a surtout fait ressortir deux petits bémols : l’absence de congélateur et l’une des chambres, très vitrée, qui la transforme en petit aquarium avec effet de serre quand il fait très chaud. Cela n’a toutefois pas gâché notre séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et reviendrions volontiers lors d’un prochain passage à Paris !

  Lovely place! Everything was so clean and hygienic, and the bathroom was absolutely spotless and smelled lovely. The beds were super comfortable, and you could tell the place had been properly cleaned and really well looked after. It also had everything we needed for our stay. The host was incredibly accommodating and even let us check in early and check out late, which we really appreciated! It can get a little noisy at night, but we personally loved it and felt it added to the atmosphere. There are also loads of lovely restaurants along the same road, which was really convenient. Overall, we had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend it!

  Great hosts. Very informative prior to our arrival and remained responsive throughout our stay. The property is small but it wasn’t uncomfortable with 2 adults 2 children! Access is easy and great that you don’t need to carry a key around with you all day. We would stay again!

  Nossa estada foi muito agradável!!! Adrien foi sempre muito gentil e solícito. O local bem arrumado e cuidado, com pequenas gentilezas espalhadas (por exemplo, capsulas de café, guarda-chuvas - que não precisamos, ainda bem!, ventiladores). O local fica em uma região movimentada, bem perto do metrô, com vários serviços por perto. Apesar de ficar muito próximo de bares, com as janelas fechadas o barulho não foi problema. Única pena foi não conseguirmos utilizar o depósito para deixarmos pequenas malas após o checkout, mas nada que tenha comprometido a estadia. Voltaremos se tivermos oportunidade!
