Charming 2-bedroom flat in central Paris, steps from Grands Boulevards. Cozy (35m²) and refurbished, with a queen bed, a double bed, full bathroom, and a small kitchen. Living area with sofa and seating for 4. Ground floor. One bedroom is compact, and only the main one has natural light. Both have fans and USB A-C plugs for comfort. Locker outside unit fits 2-3 cabin bags—for early drop-off or late departure We have a similar sister flat, sharing the same entrance - ideal for bigger groups While the sister flat shares a lobby, both units are fully private, with keypad access. Bed size: 160cm in the large room (queen) and 140cm in the small. Ceiling height: approx. 2.3m in the whole flat. Access: there are 3 steps to access to the bedrooms area.

房东非常热情&说明很清晰，打车定位的提示非常有必要。房间和照片一样，两间房间让我们各自休息得很好。但需要注意这是一个紧凑的房型，临街的房间楼下是餐厅，因此晚上可能会有一些声音，不过我睡觉戴耳塞，没有什么影响。另一间房间没有窗，无法通风。没有空调，有电扇，9月底的话还可以，不算很热。房子的位置非常好，门口就有地铁站，距离各大景点交通都很便利。门口就有一个家乐福超市，购买生活必需品很方便。我们在这里度过了快乐的巴黎之行～

El alojamiento es pequeño pero acogedor, con una excelente ubicación para conocer París. Adrien fue muy amable en responder a todas mis dudas y estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada. La zona cuenta con muy buenos restaurantes cercanos y un supermercado en la esquina, tendrás a la mano todo lo que necesitas.

A estadia foi ótima, apartamento muito bem localizado, fizemos tudo a pé e nos atendeu bem. Adrien foi bem solicito e nos respondeu proativamente. Unicos pontos de atenção é que o apartamento no verão é quente/abafado pelo pé direito ser baixo e assim como a localização é boa, os bares são muito proximos podendo ter barulho na madrugada. Contudo, recomendo bastante!
