Charming 2-bedroom flat in central Paris, steps from Grands Boulevards. Cozy (35m²) and refurbished, with a queen bed, a double bed, full bathroom, and a small kitchen. Living area with sofa and seating for 4. Ground floor. One bedroom is compact, and only the main one has natural light. Both have fans and USB A-C plugs for comfort. Locker outside unit fits 2-3 cabin bags—for early drop-off or late departure We have a similar sister flat, sharing the same entrance - ideal for bigger groups While the sister flat shares a lobby, both units are fully private, with keypad access. Bed size: 160cm in the large room (queen) and 140cm in the small. Ceiling height: approx. 2.3m in the living room and 2.0m in the bedrooms area (quite low). Access: there are 3 steps to access to the bedrooms area. Security camera in building lobby, outside of the unit itself, for security.

  L'emplacement de l'appartement est superbe, quartier avec plusieurs restaurants et à proximité immédiate. Appartement propre mais absence totale d'aération à l'exception des fenêtres de la grande chambre pour tout le logement, ventilateur très petits et poussièreux à remplacer. Et par temps de chaleur ça nous a obligé a garder toutes les fenêtres ouvertes malgré la rue très bruyante. Si la ventilation est améliorée ça changerait l'expérience.   Die zentrale Lage ist der größte Pluspunkt der Wohnung, Metrostation direkt vor der Tür. Gleichzeitig ist es aber auch ziemlich laut, auch nachts. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage in Paris benötigt. Sie war sauber und der Ceckin unkompliziert, der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar und hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert, Die Decken im Schlafbereich sind wie beschrieben wirklich niedrig. Ich bin 180cm groß und fand es grenzwertig.

  Cute little flat in a fun area of Paris. It was quite loud at night and so if you have trouble falling asleep or lights bother you the larger room might be a problem. The ceilings are quite low so be careful if you’re tall. All of this was in the description so we were prepared. The flat was hot as there are not a lot of windows and the fans were quite small, but we were in Paris during a particularly hot week. All in all, we enjoyed our time.
