Charming 2-bedroom flat in central Paris, steps from Grands Boulevards. Cozy (35m²) and refurbished, with a queen bed, a double bed, full bathroom, and a small kitchen. Living area with sofa and seating for 4. Ground floor. One bedroom is compact, and only the main one has natural light. Both have fans and USB A-C plugs for comfort. Locker outside unit fits 2-3 cabin bags—for early drop-off or late departure We have a similar sister flat, sharing the same entrance - ideal for bigger groups While the sister flat shares a lobby, both units are fully private, with keypad access. Bed size: 160cm in the large room (queen) and 140cm in the small. Ceiling height: approx. 2.3m in the living room and 2.0m in the bedrooms area (quite low). Access: there are 3 steps to access to the bedrooms area. Security camera in building lobby, outside of the unit itself, for security.

Il est nécessaire de préciser que l’appartement se trouve au dessus d’un restaurant/bar qui ferme à 2h du matin. Une belle nuisance sonore qui nous a fait demander s’il existait une isolation… Certes le quartier est vivant et c’est un grand axe mais il y a des limites. Fuyez, je ne recommande pas du tout !

L'emplacement de l'appartement est superbe, quartier avec plusieurs restaurants et à proximité immédiate. Appartement propre mais absence totale d'aération à l'exception des fenêtres de la grande chambre pour tout le logement, ventilateur très petits et poussièreux à remplacer. Et par temps de chaleur ça nous a obligé a garder toutes les fenêtres ouvertes malgré la rue très bruyante. Si la ventilation est améliorée ça changerait l'expérience. Salon exiguë mais le reste est très bien tenu et propre surtout. Hôtes cordiaux
