About this place
Cozy triplex in lively Charonne, often called the Brooklyn of Paris. The flat is small but functional, spread over 3 floors, with a spiral staircase. It sleeps 6 in 3 double bedrooms with windows (one room very small). Living space includes a kitchen with seats & table but is otherwise limited. 1 bathroom (low ceiling ~192cm) and separate WC. Entry via an inner courtyard. Ideal for guests who want an affordable, no-fuss base in a vibrant, authentic Paris neighborhood. Entrance located at courtyard level but spread over 3 floors, linked by internal staircase. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. All beds are 140cm wide (European double). Please note we are making some furnishing changes, living room / kitchen to have table and chairs, rather than a couch.
