About this place
Cozy triplex in lively Charonne, often called the Brooklyn of Paris. The flat is small but functional, spread over 3 floors, with a spiral staircase. It sleeps 6 in 3 double bedrooms with windows (one room very small). Living space includes a kitchen with seats & table but is otherwise limited. 1 bathroom (low ceiling ~192cm) and separate WC. Entry via an inner courtyard. Ideal for guests who want an affordable, no-fuss base in a vibrant, authentic Paris neighborhood. Entrance located at courtyard level but spread over 3 floors, linked by internal staircase. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. All beds are 140cm wide (European double). Please note we are making some furnishing changes, living room / kitchen to have table and chairs, rather than a couch.

The apartment is compact but has everything you need. The location/neighbourhood is great. Close to Pere Lachaise and super convenient for the metro. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket for your snacks and drinks. Be warned though, the staircase is VERY steep and narrow. You will not get a large suitcase up there. The hosts are great and very responsive. We had a great experience and can thoroughly recomend the hosts and their property.

Apartamento acogible, muy limpio y ordenado. Es un poco estrecho cuando tienes un bebé, pero de igual manera agradable. La zona tranquila y hay muchos negocios cerca, además de tipos de restaurantes variados que quedan hasta muy tarde abiertos.

Quand nous sommes arrivés le voisin nous tombe directement dessus Le lendemain matin il attendait nôtre sortie pour nous dire de ne pas parler car il entendait tout et qu’il voulait pas être dérangé. Nous avons seulement parlé dans le logement il fallait chuchoter pour le satisfaire. Le logement était conforme sauf les capsules de café (5 pour six et deux nuits) Assez satisfaite malgré le stress d’avoir des soucis même pour une simple discussion
